About the Role

AOE Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and capable Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, facilities operations, technical teams, and service activities. Candidates with experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or contracting companies are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day facilities and building maintenance operations.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate technical teams including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance staff.
• Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure maintenance works are completed according to required quality and safety standards.
• Handle maintenance requests, complaints, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, reports, and operational records.
• Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, spare parts, and material requirements.
• Control maintenance-related costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with project/site engineers and management regarding facilities and maintenance requirements.
• Provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or contracting.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building maintenance.
• Proven experience managing technical and maintenance teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and maintenance requirements.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
