Job Title: Facilities Engineer – Construction Site

Location: UAE

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee site operations for a construction project. The role includes managing temporary facilities, supervising site services, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience, preferably in real estate/development projects.
• Minimum 7 years in facilities management on construction sites.
• Experience managing site operations, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; UAE driving license preferred; CSCS or equivalent is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site offices, welfare units, utilities, and equipment.
• Supervise soft and hard services: cleaning, catering, maintenance, and security.
• Coordinate contractor/vendor payments and maintain records.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures.
