Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that all buildings are properly maintained, comply with safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service to tenants. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent coordination abilities, and the capacity to efficiently manage daily facility management tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms, elevators, and security systems.
• Monitor and inspect the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems to meet facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and regulations across all facilities.
• Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules, assigning tasks accordingly.
• Ensure the timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Mentor direct reports, tracking their progress, ensuring high-quality work, and managing performance and resources effectively.
• Enforce staff discipline and address work-related incidents as they occur.
• Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and maintenance logs for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure parts and equipment required for MEP systems.
• Assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and the monitoring of staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Guarantee the safe execution of services, ensuring proper PPE usage and adherence to deadlines.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree or 3-year diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Must have knowledge and experience in BMS, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and General maintenance.
• Building maintenance/property management experience preferable
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Possess sound analytical and proven ability to adapt to change and develop creative solutions to complex situations
• Self-motivated and confident in making decisions within boundaries defined by the manager.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
