Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage company accommodation and related facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for employees in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of company accommodation and facilities.
  • Manage room allocation and maintain updated occupancy records.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
  • Handle residents' concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, water, etc.).
  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodation and facilities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred) or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accommodation, facilities, or camp management.
  • Knowledge of HR policies related to employee welfare and housing management.
  • Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
