Job Description

The Facilities Team Lead II manages facilities coordinators, handles building and equipment emergencies, documents facilities policies and processes, coordinates employee safety and emergency preparedness and acts as a liaison between the client and vendors to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates and supports Facilities Business Continuity Planning and Events
• Responds daily to safety and emergency situations; assists in developing evacuation plans and coordinate safety drills
• Works with outside contractors and vendors following all building and reporting procedures
• Responsible for Employee Emergency & Safety Preparedness
• Maintains facilities data (contracts, contact numbers etc.)
• Serves as the Technical Writer for companywide policies and procedures
• Oversees all office moves
• Coordinates and monitors skilled work in maintaining, operating, and repairing occupied premises
• Creates, communicates, and audits various organizational initiatives and relays progress back to key stakeholders in the business
• Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to stakeholders

Education

• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 10+ or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
