We are currently seeking a Facility Management Coordinator to join our team to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of all maintenance and facility-related activities across our managed properties.

Job Summary

The Facility Management Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, coordinating with internal teams and service providers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery for residential and commercial properties managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal maintenance teams.
  • Monitor and respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and contractor performance.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, and maintenance contracts.
  • Support the Facility Manager in managing budgets, procurement, and service agreements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance needs.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies, HSE standards, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement of materials and services.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance operations, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, and updating the facility management database.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role within the UAE.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of FM related software.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Other Requirements:

  • UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and courteous attitude.
