Position: FMS Head
Location: Mumbai
Grade: Sr. Manager / AVP

Key Responsibilities

Help Desk & IT Operations

• Help Desk Management

• Asset Management (IMAC Process)

• Vendor Management

• Team Management

• Project Management

• Audit and Security Management

• Incident Management / Change Management / Problem Management

• Coordination with OEM's or partners for warranty support

• Good knowledge in MS-Office

• Monitor and control On-Boarding and Exit activity

• Asset Disposal activity

• Network and Security Application Knowledge

Resource & Vendor Coordination

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution

• Manage onboarding and exit processes for IT assets and users

• Vendor SLA and Minutes Preparations

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track Service Desk progress and performance using KPIs and dashboards

• Publish weekly status reports and maintain comprehensive documentation

• Escalate issues to senior management when needed

Risk & Compliance Management

• Ensure adherence to IT policies, governance standards, and audit requirements

• Endpoint compliance and activities

Operational Oversight

• Oversee call management and resolution across FMS teams and regions

• Drive closure of pending calls and ensure SLA compliance

• Support asset lifecycle management including dispatch, labeling, and disposal

Automation & Process Improvement

• Lead automation initiatives for reporting, asset tracking, and HR updates

• Implement tools and processes to improve operational efficiency

Qualification

• BSE IT Graduate / BE

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of FMS Manager experience

Skills

• Good Communication and Technical Skills

• ITIL Certified
