Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. The role includes managing housekeeping, security, utilities, vendors, assets, and compliance while ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations
- Manage day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, utilities, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Maintenance Management
- Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs and services.
- Maintain records of AMC, service schedules, and equipment logs.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services.
- Ensure service quality, SLA adherence, and timely payments.
- Negotiate contracts and control operational costs.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Implement workplace health and safety policies.
Manpower & Administration
- Manage facility staff and support teams.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance.
- Coordinate with HR for manpower requirements and disciplinary matters.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of consumables, tools, and assets.
- Track asset movement, usage, and lifecycle.
- Prevent loss, misuse, and damage of company property.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and management.
- Handle facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Vendor and manpower management experience.
- Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting).
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Facility Management, Engineering preferred).
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Facility / Administration / Operations Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
