Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and smooth operation of building facilities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supervising service providers, and ensuring all facilities are maintained in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, MEP, and technical teams
  • Ensure all building systems and equipment function properly
  • Monitor safety standards and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Handle maintenance requests and emergency issues promptly
  • Maintain records, reports, and facility documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the premises

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance operations
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and MEP systems
  • Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems
  • Valid QID required
  • Male candidates only.
  • Asian Nationality will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
