Facility Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC, and facility-related services
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain records of assets, inventory, and facility-related documentation
  • Supervise support staff and ensure timely task completion
  • Handle emergency situations and coordinate corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in facility or administration management (healthcare or aesthetics industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
