The Factory Coordinator will support the Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and delivery teams. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing inventory, monitoring production orders, and maintaining efficient scheduling for delivery and installation. The Factory Coordinator will play a vital role in bridging communication across departments and ensuring operational accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Assist the Factory Manager in day-to-day operational management of factory activities.
• Act as a liaison between production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure workflow continuity.
• Monitor and report factory KPIs (output, lead times, order accuracy).

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Oversee warehouse inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Maintain systematic records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with procurement for supply needs.

Production Coordination

• Track production orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Assist in preparing production schedules and align with team leads for resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks in coordination with relevant departments.

Delivery & Installation Scheduling

• Prepare delivery and installation schedules in line with client deadlines and factory capacity.
• Coordinate with logistics and installation teams for timely execution.
• Follow up on completed deliveries and installations to ensure client satisfaction.

General Duties

• Maintain updated reports and documentation for management review.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend process efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and company policies.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
