Factory Manager , expertise in minerals production

We are seeking a motivated engineer in production manager to join our team . in this role lead the operation function at local level , with full accountability running the day-to day operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean , faultless operational execution ( Care , Customer , Cost , Cash) in an extended value chain and at the controlled total cost.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Managing overall manufacturing operations, including staff and the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process.
• Implementing continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Developing programs and metrics to optimize operational performance and working capital.
• Recruiting , retaining , and developing high-performing teams while establishing a talent pipeline for future leaders.
• Providing a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering , Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Strong awaring and expertise in manufacturing minerals ( Calcium carbonate , Talc powder)
