Factory Supervisor

Production Management:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the entire production process for wooden doors.
• Ensure daily production targets are met with high-quality standards.
• Allocate labor and materials efficiently for maximum productivity.
• Monitor production timelines, adjusting workflows to meet deadlines.

Team Supervision:

• Manage and supervise factory staff including carpenters, machine operators, helpers, and supervisors.
• Train new employees and ensure all staff follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor staff performance and address any disciplinary issues.

Quality Control:

• Maintain strict quality control at all stages of production (cutting, assembling, polishing, finishing, etc.).
• Coordinate with the QC department to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure final products meet client specifications and industry standards.

Machine & Tool Management:

• Oversee proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery (CNC, edge banding, panel saw, etc.).
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely servicing and repairs.

Inventory & Materials:

• Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials (wood, veneer, hardware, adhesives, etc.).
• Track material consumption and minimize waste.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols in line with factory safety standards.
• Ensure the working environment is safe, clean, and compliant with local regulations.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and dispatch teams to align production with customer requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
