Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Management.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, assessments, and examinations.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in HEC-recognized journals (as applicable to the academic rank).
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and accreditation activities.
• Participate in departmental committees, seminars, conferences, and faculty initiatives.
• Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
• Develop industry collaborations to support internships, research, and graduate employability.

Qualifications

• Lecturer: MS/MPhil (18 Years Education) in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
• Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor: PhD in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Candidates must meet the latest HEC eligibility criteria for the respective academic rank.

Experience

• Lecturer: 0–4 years of teaching and/or research experience.
• Assistant Professor: Relevant teaching, research, and publication experience as per HEC criteria.
• Associate Professor: 8–10 years of post-PhD teaching and research experience with HEC-recognized publications.
• Professor: 15+ years of post-PhD teaching and research experience with a strong publication record and demonstrated academic leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Strong teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Excellent understanding of business management principles and contemporary management practices.
• Research, publication, and academic writing expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and research-focused academic environment.
