Farm Manager Required

A reliable, responsible, and proactive Farm Manager is needed for a farm near Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar District, who can efficiently manage daily agricultural operations.

Eligibility:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in agricultural/farm operations
• Basic literacy and proficiency in mobile/email usage
• Preference will be given to individuals with an agricultural background or sons of farmers

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily farming operations for fruits and vegetables
• Manage soil health, irrigation, and pest control
• Supervise staff and ensure effective utilization of resources
• Maintain records of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm inputs
• Implement environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices
• Ensure compliance with security, environmental, and quality standards
