Fashion Designer

We are looking to hire a Female Fashion Designer (BFOQ requirement) to lead product fitting, size set evaluation, and ensure superior customer experience in online apparel sales. The role focuses on fit testing, pattern adjustments, and size standardization , particularly for womens leather jackets and apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fit testing sessions on female models to ensure accurate sizing and comfort.
• Review size sets and grading across multiple categories (jackets, t-shirts, knits).
• Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to standardize size charts.
• Identify fit-related issues early and recommend pattern or design modifications.
• Work with sampling and production teams to ensure quality and sizing consistency.
• Maintain competitor benchmarking for fits and market standards.
• Contribute to style development and trend alignment in womens apparel.
  
  
  

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a creative and innovative design sense.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, garment construction techniques, and fit.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other design software (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
