We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented *Fashion Designer* with industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced graduate who understands the full design lifecycle—from concept development to final production—and has a strong sense of current fashion trends, fabrics, and market demands.

*Key Responsibilities*

Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and market insights

Create original designs, sketches, mood boards, and tech packs

Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity

Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams

Select fabrics, trims, and accessories

Oversee sampling, fittings, and design revisions

Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements

Support production and resolve design-related issues

*Required Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field

3+ years of professional experience in fashion design

Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office

Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

*Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)*

Experience with CAD software

Knowledge of sustainable or ethical fashion practices

Experience working with manufacturers or vendors

Understanding of cost control and production processes
