About Us

We are launching a new Eastern women’s clothing brand in Pakistan and are looking for a confident, creative, and strategic female professional to join our team onsite in Karachi.

This is more than a fashion design job — it is a leadership opportunity to build and scale a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Eastern women’s wear collections
• Plan seasonal launches and product strategy
• Lead brand positioning and identity development
• Manage day-to-day brand operations
• Coordinate with in-house teams (Graphics, Video, Marketing, Paid Ads, CSR)
• Oversee fabric selection, production concepts, and styling direction
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and product launches
• Contribute to long-term brand growth strategy

You will lead the creative and strategic direction while collaborating closely with these departments.

Requirements

• Female candidate (preferred – women-focused fashion brand)
• Based in Karachi (onsite role)
• Strong understanding of Eastern women’s fashion trends
• Experience in fashion design and collection development
• Leadership and project management skills
• Strategic mindset with operational awareness
• Experience launching or managing a clothing brand is a strong plus
