• Provide comprehensive assistance to the Head of Food and Beverage in coordinating and executing various food and beverage activities and events.
• Aid in the planning and organization of menus, promotions, and special events in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and administrative teams to ensure the seamless execution of food and beverage operations.
• Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, including supplies, equipment, and menu items.
• Assist in monitoring food and beverage budgets and expenses to ensure that financial targets are consistently met.
• Facilitate effective communication between the food and beverage department and other hotel departments to enhance teamwork.
• Assist in managing reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries about food and beverage services.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote food and beverage offerings and drive revenue.
• Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation, report generation, and correspondence management.
• Act as a liaison between the food and beverage department and external vendors or suppliers.
• Participate in food and beverage meetings, providing insights and support to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Remain informed about industry trends and customer preferences to contribute to menu planning and improvements in service quality.
• Support the implementation of health and safety protocols and hygiene standards within food and beverage operations.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in accordance with organizational policies.

• Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable coordinating across departments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
