F&B Cost Controller

About Us:
Massimo’s Italian Restaurant is a well-known and authentic Italian dining destination in Dubai. We are committed to excellence in both hospitality and operations, and we are currently seeking an experienced Cost Controller with a finance or accounting background to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and control all costs related to restaurant operations.
• Monitor daily food and beverage costs and conduct variance analysis.
• Implement effective cost control systems, procedures, and reporting.
• Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Perform recipe cost calculations and update cost sheets regularly.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in cost control within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Prior experience in a well-known restaurant or hospitality group (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent Excel and financial software skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
