Job Role:

  • Lead and oversee all F&B operations – restaurants, bars, banquets & events, room service.
  • Develop & implement F&B strategy aligned with hotel brand standards, guest experience, and financial targets .
  • Manage menu planning/design in coordination with the culinary team – new dishes, seasonal updates, guest trends.
  • Control costs: food cost, beverage cost, wastage, inventory & procurement.
  • Monitor service quality, presentation, guest satisfaction; handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, hygiene, sanitation, licensing (if applicable) regulations.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise F&B staff; build a high-performing team; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Events/ Banquets team for large functions, weddings, corporate events – ensure smooth execution, profitability, service quality.
  • Work with Finance & GM on budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly reports (sales, cost, variance, P&L for F&B department).
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness, ambience, service in all outlets; ensure equipment/fixtures are maintained.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (ideally 10 years or more) in F&B management role in a similar 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, menu design, guest service excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible hours, good organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of health & safety / hygiene regulations.
  • Professional grooming and attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs185,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
