F&B Supervisor | Pre-Opening Hotel

We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high service standards, and delivering memorable experiences for our guests. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the F&B department from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas.

  • Ensure efficient, courteous service and consistently high guest satisfaction.

  • Lead, train, and mentor F&B colleagues, reinforcing service standards and product knowledge.

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams to maintain adequate supplies.

  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all dining areas.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.

  • Assist in implementing promotions, events, and special offerings to enhance guest experience.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of F&B SOPs.

  • Support management in achieving financial targets and departmental goals.

  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B supervision, preferably in luxury or pre-opening hotels.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Guest-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team effectively.
