Job Summary

The F&B Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality, smooth workflow, and adherence to company standards. The role supports the F&B management team by coordinating staff, managing customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Oversee daily F&B service operations to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Ensure proper setup of dining, bar, and service areas before each shift.

Team Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and guide F&B staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to new team members.
  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Conduct briefings before each shift to communicate goals, updates, and service standards.

Customer Service

  • Ensure guests receive high-quality service and respond promptly to concerns or complaints.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support service during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

Administrative Duties

  • Assist with reporting, record-keeping, and daily sales summaries.
  • Support the F&B Manager with staff performance evaluations.
  • Help implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements
