Job description:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a FDO cum Admin Assistant (Female), who will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
- Provide accurate information to visitors regarding the company, its products/services, and relevant policies.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a phone system, scanner, printer, and computer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
