Federal Contracting & SAM.gov and Unison Market Specialist-Lahore

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage federal government sales opportunities and bids on SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, and SEPTA. Responsibilities include identifying solicitations, preparing/submitting competitive proposals, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal contracting requirements. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for growth in federal contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor/analyze RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and tenders on SAM.gov, Unison, SEPTA.
• Prepare/write/submit compliant and competitive bids/proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and documents.
• Maintain bid calendar, track submissions/deadlines/awards.
• Build relationships with procurement officers, federal agencies.
• Stay updated on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and ensure compliance.
• Provide reporting on pipeline, submissions, success ratios.

Requirements

• 2+ years in federal contracting, government sales, or bidding.
• Strong understanding of U.S. FAR and compliance.
• Proficiency in SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, SEPTA.
• Excellent written communication, analytical, organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
• 1+ year sales/bidding experience (preferred).
• Ability to work night shift (U.S. hours).
• Based in Lahore (preferred, in-person).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
