Federal Work Study - Women's Soccer

Middle Georgia State University (MGA), a multi-campus, baccalaureate and graduate degree-granting public institution, is the most affordable public state university in Georgia. MGA has five campuses-Macon, Cochran, Dublin, Eastman, and Warner Robins, all located in central Georgia-and global outreach through its fully-online campus. Its enrollment of 8,400 students is largely comprised of students from most of Georgia's 159 counties. The University has six academic schools, including Georgia's flagship aviation program, that support its mission to educate and graduate inspired, lifelong learners whose scholarship and careers enhance the state.

This is a part-time, student position with responsibilities in customer service, clerical duties, housekeeping, and assisting with various athletic activities and events at the Middle Georgia State University Athletic Department. This position will report to the Assistant Women¿s Soccer Coach.

• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff.
• Complete administrative and clerical duties as assigned by Department
• Help plan and set up for practice every day
• Make sure the soccer field is clean after every practice.
• Pump up balls and wash pennies as needed.
• Communicate any student/member concerns or suggestions to supervisors
• Attend any meetings/training assigned by supervisors
• Assist with setting up games.
• Bring opposing teams to showers after games
• Represent Middle Georgia State University with professionalism

• Minimum GPA of 2.0
• Be enrolled student at Middle Georgia State University for at least 6 credit hours
• Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Hours of the facility are 6:00am-12:00am
