A reputable medical centre is seeking to hire a Female Arabic Telesales and Sales Agent to join its professional team
The role focuses on contacting clients handling inquiries and converting leads into confirmed appointments and medical services

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls WhatsApp and social media platforms
Follow up consistently with inquiries and potential clients to maximize conversions
Explain medical and aesthetic services clearly confidently and professionally
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Schedule confirm and manage client appointments
Coordinate closely with reception staff doctors and the internal team
Most importantly proven sales skills within medical or aesthetic clinics are essential

Requirements
Female candidate Arabic speaker is mandatory
Proven experience in telesales or sales preferably within a medical or aesthetic clinic
Strong communication persuasion and closing skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Professional attitude strong work ethic and commitment to working hours
