Job Summary:

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to customer engagement and business development. The candidate to be based in Sharjah, hold a dependent visa, and be fluent in Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam

Key Responsibilities:

Telemarketing & Lead Generation:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services/products.
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients with updated records.

Client Relations Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements in products/services.

Sales Support & Coordination:

• Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary client insights and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Maintain and update CRM software with customer interactions and status reports.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Must hold a dependent visa.
• Must be fluent in Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam
• Female candidates preferred
