Job Description – Branch Manager

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Branch Manager to take full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and achieve business objectives including profitability, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee financial performance, including full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
• Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:
• Sales and revenue growth
• Client retention and satisfaction scores
• Staff productivity and service utilization rates
• Cost efficiency and expense control
• Prepare and review branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and market share.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of services and retail products.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and solutions-focused approach.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Report performance results and recommend improvements to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage P&L effectively.
• Track record of achieving KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Flexible to work during weekends, evenings, and peak business hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
