Female Call Center Agents – Students / Freshers / Experienced

We are expanding our team and looking for female call center agents who are energetic, confident, and passionate about customer service. Whether you are a student, fresher, or have 6 months–1 year of experience, we have a place for you in our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls professionally
• Provide clear and accurate product/service information
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints politely
• Maintain call logs and update data in the system
• Work towards achieving individual and team targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Freshers & students encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Candidates with 6 months–1 year experience will be preferred for senior positions
• Strong communication skills (Urdu/English)
• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
