Female Call Center Executives (International)

We are a growing group of companies providing IT, digital marketing, and business solutions across global markets. To expand our international sales and client base, we are hiring confident and motivated Female Call Center Executives to join our Lahore team.

Role Responsibilities

• Make outbound international calls to introduce company services.
• Engage clients in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Record call details, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Support team targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Females only (International Campaign).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken English & communication skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM familiarity is a plus).
• Background in IT/digital services preferred.

What We Offer

• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 90,000 + Performance Incentives
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat, half-day Sat)
