Job Summary

Mima Construction is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our in-house marketing team. In this mid-level position, you will work independently to develop compelling content that promotes our services and projects, with a primary focus on writing engaging promotional emails. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of email marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our marketing team to align all content with Mima Construction’s brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread promotional email campaigns and newsletters to highlight company projects, services, and special promotions.
• Develop content calendars and manage the scheduling of email campaigns to ensure timely delivery and coordination with marketing initiatives.
• Personalize and segment email content for different target audiences, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze email campaign performance (e.g. open rates, click-through rates) and optimize content to improve results.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates that reflect brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update email subscriber lists and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Research industry trends and incorporate relevant topics and keywords to make content more effective.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in content marketing, email marketing, or a similar role (preferably within marketing or a related industry).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on clear, persuasive communication.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Campaign Monitor) and basic knowledge of analytics platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and audience targeting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to generate fresh ideas for promotional content.
• Experience or interest in the construction industry is a plus.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, Pakistan. The working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Punctuality and consistency are important, and occasional flexibility for special projects or events may be required. You will be working from our Karachi office.
