We are now expanding our Digital Marketing Team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to grow fast and make real impact.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, data-driven, and hungry to learn. Your main goal will be to generate high-quality leads, build brand authority, and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily content strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook)
• Create and publish high-converting posts, reels, and videos
• Generate qualified leads through organic & paid campaigns
• Manage and grow LinkedIn presence (personal + company)
• Run and optimize Meta Ads / Google Ads campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and improve ROI
• Engage with audience (comments, DMs, follow-ups)
• Work closely with sales team for lead conversion alignment

Daily Performance Expectations

• 2–3 content pieces daily
• 20+ targeted connections (LinkedIn)
• Strong engagement & response rate
• Minimum 3–5 qualified leads per day

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Knowledge of social media algorithms & trends
• Basic skills in video editing / content creation
• Familiar with tools like:
• Canva / CapCut / Adobe (basic level acceptable)
• Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads (plus point)
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented
