PROFILE - facility manager

● 2–5 years of experience in office/admin/facility/hospitality/HR coordination roles

● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

● Based in Bhopal or nearby

● Background in coworking spaces, serviced offices, hotel management, or corporate

admin will be a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Operations:

● Supervise and manage housekeeping, pantry, reception, and maintenance staff

● Implement and monitor SOPs, task checklists, and cleanliness standards for each zone

(office, café, reception)

● Manage inventory and procurement of supplies (stationery, cleaning items, beverages,

etc.)

● Ensure Wi-Fi, ACs, printers, power backups, and other systems are working and under

AMC or timely repair

● Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, deliveries, and scheduled maintenance

● Oversee shift handovers, office opening and closing procedures, and daily team

coordination

Member & Visitor Experience:

● Greet office visitors, give tours, and assist in onboarding new members

● Handle client seat allocations, special requests, and resolve feedback or issues

● Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Events & Culture:

● Plan and manage festival celebrations, internal team events, and community activities

● Coordinate decorations, refreshments, and internal communications with management

Light HR Support:

● Maintain attendance, shifts, and leave records for facility staff

● Coordinate onboarding, uniforms, and ID card issuance

● Act as the go-to person for support staff issues or concerns

● Help with basic training/orientation for new team members
