Female Factory Supervisor

We are hiring a Female Factory Supervisor with strong Hindi skills to take charge of daily factory operations. The right candidate will ensure discipline, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and drive team performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all daily factory activities
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, uniforms, and operational rules
• Lead, motivate, and guide factory staff to meet targets
• Address workforce or operational issues promptly and effectively
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidate only
• Fluent in Hindi for effective team leadership
• Strong, authoritative, and confident personality
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities
• Prior experience in factory supervision or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to handle challenges and maintain control in high-pressure situations
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
