Female Floor Supervisor

We are hiring Female Floor Supervisor for our local home-based small warehouse related to food products.

Location: E-Block, Nawab Town near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore
Preferred Gender: Female
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: Monday to Saturday, (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Compensation: Salary + Lunch
Salary: 35,000- 40,000

Requirements:

- Matric or Intermediate
-A middle aged woman who can supervise female labors
-Working Experience in factory supervision of labors will be preferable
-Time & Team Management skills
-Willing to work with a home based team

Job Responsibilities:
-Supervisor female staff, train them, lead them and ensure all duties are performed
Oversee daily operations, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing goods by staff
-Ensure daily production target is completed.
- Ensure hygiene practices and quality control standards are met.
-Handling conflicts among female staff
