Operations Team Supervisor - CCTV

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of CCTV installation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Manage site surveys to assess requirements, feasibility, and resources needed for CCTV installations.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient utilization of the operations team for installations and service calls.

Optimize operational workflows and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Maintain records of installations, surveys, and complaints, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements during all operations.

Project Management: of both corporate and retail sales.

Prepare BOQ’,Quotation and project costing.

Preparing quotations & getting end user evaluation.

Follow-ups with clients through mobile and email etc. for quotations.

Managing material for project with DL Warehouse & client store in case of execution.

Managing client PO and acquiring material from DL store and preparing Delivery challan (DL).

Arranging store at the client end and arranging transport for supplies.

Managing day to day execution of material and returning remaining material to DL warehouse.

Sending Details of used material to DL account for the preparation of the invoice.

Preparing plans for Project Execution of corporate sales and opening project IDs.

Briefing of Technicians about project execution.

Designing and monitoring the execution of PSMs daily and monthly.

Training of Technicians according to the department’s SOP.

Commissioning the project as per client requirements.

Getting a Job Acknowledgement letter signed by the client

Preparing plans for project execution of retail sales and opening project IDs.

Making sure that the place of our material is safe for placing during project.

Prepare the Daily Work Sheet

Prepare the monthly performance report

Follow up with DL showrooms.

Any other task assigned by the Line Manager and HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs0.10 - Rs10.00 per month
