Job Summary:

Sunny Gold Bread is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a bread or bakery production environment and possess strong knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. This role ensures that all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are efficiently managed, recorded, and dispatched as per production needs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily store operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP software.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering of raw materials and packaging.

* Ensure proper handling and storage of bread ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.

* Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system data.

* Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.

* Enforce health and safety, hygiene, and security standards in the store area.

* Train and supervise store staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.

* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a store supervisory role, preferably in a bread or food production factory.

* Proficient in using **ERP software** (SAP, Oracle, ERP, or equivalent).

* Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

* Experience in handling perishable goods and food safety standards.
