Female HR Executive (for job portal)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused HR Executive to manage and grow the PNY Career Job Portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for company onboarding, student registrations, employer coordination, and successful execution of career fairs and placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:Company Coordination & Portal Growth

  • Contact companies and employers to encourage registration on the PNY Career Job Portal
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR departments and recruiters
  • Coordinate with companies for job postings and hiring opportunities
  • Follow up with employers regarding portal usage, job updates, and recruitment activities
  • Promote portal services to increase employer engagement and partnerships

Student Registration & Placement Support

  • Guide students in registering and creating profiles on the job portal
  • Assist students in applying for relevant job opportunities
  • Coordinate placement and internship opportunities for students
  • Maintain and update student and employer databases

Job Fair & Event Management

  • Coordinate with companies to participate in job fairs and career events
  • Ensure company representatives set up stalls and participate in recruitment activities during job fairs
  • Manage communication and logistics related to employer participation
  • Support event planning, scheduling, and execution for placement drives and career expos

Portal Operations & Reporting

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the job portal
  • Monitor portal activity, registrations, and job postings
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for portal improvements and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placements, or coordination roles
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Confidence in calling and dealing with companies professionally
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM/database handling skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in placement offices, recruitment agencies, or job portals
  • Strong networking and coordination abilities
  • Event management and employer engagement experience

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
