Job Title: Female Human Resource Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for dispatchers, sales reps, and other roles (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee attendance, punctuality, and performance tracking.
- Conduct orientation and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and employment agreements.
- Monitor employee performance during training and probation periods.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR-related documentation (offer letters, warning letters, termination notices, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company rules — including confidentiality, notice periods, and employment terms.
- Coordinate with management for employee evaluations, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, absences, etc.).
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (experience in logistics, dispatch, or BPO industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.
