Female Lead Generation Executive

Sales & Lead Generation Job Summary:

Organize AlQuranClasses is seeking 3 motivated, target-driven, and English-proficient female Lead Generation Executives based in Pakistan. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential leads through social media platforms and other lead generation channels.
This role is performance-based and requires strong communication skills, consistency in outreach, and the ability to generate fresh and hot qualified leads that support the sales team in achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate fresh and hot leads through social media platforms, online communities, referrals, and other approved channels
• Conduct outreach to prospective parents, students, and customers interested in Quran classes and related offerings
• Pre-qualify leads according to company criteria before handing them over to the sales team
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of lead generation activity
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up
• Meet assigned monthly qualified lead targets
• Support management with updates, reports, and market feedback from outreach activities
• Uphold company standards in communication, professionalism, and reporting discipline

Required Qualifications

• Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s level education preferred
• Prior experience in lead generation, customer outreach, telesales, sales support, or social media communication will be preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• English proficiency is required
• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other digital communication channels
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
• Good organizational skills and basic reporting ability

Compensation Structure
During Probation

• Base Salary: PKR 15,000 to PKR 20,000 per month
• Probation duration will be 2 to 3 months, depending on performance and final approval by leadership

After Successful Completion of Probation

• Base Salary: PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000 per month
• Lead Incentive: PKR 5,000 per qualified lead
• Performance Bonus: Additional PKR 5,000 for every 10 qualified leads generated in a month

Bonus Illustration

• 10 qualified leads = PKR 10,000 bonus
• 20 qualified leads = PKR 20,000 bonus
• 30 qualified leads = PKR 30,000 bonus

Performance and Salary Conditions:
Employees are required to generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads per month after probation in order to remain eligible for full base salary.
Failure to meet the minimum performance requirement may result in:

• reduction in base salary
• placement under performance review
• or termination of employment, subject to management decision and company policy

Important Employment Condition
This is a performance-based position. Compensation and continued employment in the role are linked to the employee’s ability to meet minimum lead generation standards and maintain acceptable work quality.
