Job Title: Management Trainee Officer – Human Resources (MTO – HR)

Job Purpose:

The Management Trainee Officer – HR will undergo a structured training and development program designed to equip them with essential HR knowledge, skills, and practical experience. Upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, the incumbent will be confirmed as an HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment & selection process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and policy documents.
  • Participate in employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for timely processing.
  • Support training and development programs by coordinating logistics and tracking attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/HR team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR field

Probation & Confirmation:

  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • During probation, the title will be Management Trainee Officer – HR.
  • Performance will be evaluated during the probationary period.
  • Upon successful completion and based on performance, the candidate will be confirmed as HR Officer.

Compensation Package:

  • During Probation (3 Months):
  • Monthly Stipend: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per Month.
  • After Confirmation (as HR Officer):
  • Gross Salary: Increment as per performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
