Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Office Executive to assist in daily office operations, documentation, and administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple assignments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, type, and organize official documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Assist in drafting letters, forms, and reports as directed by management.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors through email and phone calls when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company documents and records.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team.
  • Ensure the office environment remains neat and professional.

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Urdu.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in an office or documentation role is a plus.
  • This position is open for female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs19,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
