Female Real estate sales executive

Thara Group is looking for a confident and motivated Female Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, and closing property deals while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally
  • Promote residential and commercial real estate projects of Thara Group
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Follow up with interested clients to close sales
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Female candidate preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
  • Ability to handle clients independently
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
