Ittehad Elevator Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional and well-presented Female Receptionist to join our team at our Lahore office. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand to clients, visitors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Coordination: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Call Management: Efficiently manage the telephone exchange, answering inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Client Interaction: Provide basic information to walk-in clients regarding our elevator installation and maintenance services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office documentation, filing, and maintaining the daily visitor log.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is kept clean, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/I.Com) or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred, but motivated fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and email handling.
  • Attributes: Punctual, organized, and possessing a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Salary: Competitive based on experience and skills.
  • Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
