  • Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcoming guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel or area, and offering assistance with their needs.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring efficient communication flow.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the office.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Providing Information: Answering general inquiries and providing information to visitors and callers.
  • Supporting Staff: Assisting with various administrative tasks to support other employees.
