We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, age between 20yrs to 28yrs old and the ability to handle front desk operations and assistant operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Answer phone calls and manage appointments
  • Maintain client records and handle inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using basic computer software (MS Office, etc.)
  • Presentable and professional.
