Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails in a professional manner.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule client appointments.
- Provide information about services, prices, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests politely.
- Maintain the appointment calendar for hairstylists, beauticians, and other staff.
- Manage walk-in clients and balance with existing bookings.
- Send reminders to clients about upcoming appointments.
- Generate bills and process payments (cash, card, online).
- Keep daily records of sales and payments.
- Assist with end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Maintain client records and update customer database.
- Keep track of stock levels for beauty products at the reception counter.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff for overall salon hygiene.
- Offer refreshments to clients waiting, if applicable.
- Coordinate between clients and salon staff to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate client preferences/requests to the beauticians or stylists.
- Support management with reports, client feedback, and marketing efforts.
