We are seeking a Female Sales Executive to join our luxury Arabic designer wear boutique, specializing in hand-embroidered Jalabiyas and Abayas. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, high-end customer service to boutique clients
• Explain design details, fabrics, embroidery work, and customization options clearly
• Take accurate body measurements for custom and made-to-order designs
• Record customer orders, measurements, and special requests accurately
• Follow up with clients regarding fittings, alterations, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with tailoring and design teams to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain an elegant boutique appearance and organized product displays
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique sales
• Knowledge of Arabic designer wear (Abaya/Jalabiya) is an advantage
• Ability to take accurate body measurements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to manage custom orders
