Female Sales Executive

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:
Al Flah Estate is seeking a confident and results-oriented Female Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in direct sales. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in dealing with customers directly and successfully closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to generate sales
• Conduct in-person meetings and product/service presentations
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in direct sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Professional demeanor with confidence in client interactions
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Qualification:

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
